This artifact is a research paper addressing the resistant adoption of two-way symmetrical communication strategies by fairs. It was produced in October of 2019 because I’m fascinated by the way the internet is changing the way organizations communicate with stakeholders as well as the way that stakeholders reciprocate communication and engage with one another. The speed and reach of the internet have changed the landscape of communication strategies and is a game changer in terms of organizational transparency, stakeholder stewardship, and employee buy-in. This paper demonstrates my ability to assess complex organizational environments, the barriers that impede communication effectiveness, and to deliver an elegant message appropriate to the audience (L2, L3, L6) and my ability to be equipped to influence change (D3).View Artifact
